Job Description
we are in the process of hiring over 500 manpower for our Hyderabad plant located at:
2, Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam, Mandal, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Telangana - 501510, India
Our current requirements are as follows:
1. ITI Domain
- Trades: Fitter & Electrician
- Vacancies: 100 positions
- Stipend: ₹12,500 per month
2. Diploma Domain
- Branches: Electrical & Electronics
- Vacancies: 200 positions in Electrical and 200 positions in Electronics
- Stipend: ₹13,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
- ₹500 bonus for full attendance
- Company-provided accommodation and food
- Travel arrangements
Job Role:
The selected candidates will work on the assembly line of a smart meter manufacturing company with responsibilities including:
- Soldering electronic components on PCBs
- Reworking and repairing defective units
- Conducting tests such as:
- Seal Track Test
- Finish Good Test
- Phantom Load Test
- Flash programming of microcontrollers
- Bench testing of units
- Opportunity to grow into a supervisor role
Benefits
After a few weeks of training, some apprentices may be assigned to specialized roles such as soldering, testing, and rework — with eligibility for a higher stipend.
Career Progression:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates will be offered a full-time fixed-term role of 2 years with salary revision. Benefits include ESIC, PF, gratuity, and annual bonus.
